I was wondering is it possible to make a bootleg nes game from a hacked rom and put it in a cartridge and play it on your nes?

My biggest concerns are:
1. the cost $$$$
2. will it work
3. IS IT POSSIBLE!

Just for the sake of correctness:
"will it work" and "is it possible" are questions. You need a :?: not a :!: .

As for the question itsself, it seems to work quite well. :) I never read about people's complaints. :o
