Can anybody tell me how to edit the NES ROM games? I will definitely need to know this information just in case I get a computer for christmas. And I hope I do. So can anybody tell me?

I'm an NES hacker, right now I'm working on Super Mario Bros. 4: Bowser's Revenge.

Search Google for hex editors. That should get you on the right track. I still haven't grabbed one myself.

I've been at ROM Hacking/Editing for 3 years, and I know quite a few things:
I reccomend the following programs, because editing in DOS NESticle isn't enough.

Graphics Editing- Tile layer Pro, and NES Pallette Editor
Text and various arrangements- Thingy98
Levels- the Improvement series: these do specific games.

for any other things you want to know, PM ME, or go to romhacking.org
