Is anyone here from Toronto? I used to be big into video game collecting, and I just got into it again, buying a SNES. I'm wondering where people in Toronto find deals on good games. Microplay is ok but they tend to only have sports games for SNES. I used to go to a flea market called Dr. Flea's, but I don't know if they still sell older stuff.

Well, I'm actually in Limerick, Ireland until I get back in about a week. I'm usually in Waterloo because that's where I go to school. I haven't been to any good game shops in Waterloo either. The problem with shops in Toronto is that they're all commercial, meaning they just sell terrible sports games for SNES and nothing else.

Toronto's pawn scene is horrible. I tried that and gave up, the stores barely have anything and I wouldn't trust anything comming from Downtown core.

Lol, I have to agree on that one. I'm trying to find out if Dr. Flea's is still a good place. Some stable flea markets can be reliable and have reasonable prices. It's hard to find middle ground between jank dollar stores and Microplay / EB.

Someone should really make a site that shows driving directions to all the decent places to buy games. It totally sucks that I could only find one place in all of my 3 week stay in Scotland with NES games (Gamestation). I don't have the coding knowledge or anything, but I'd gladly contribute.

My List. Remember, everything can be bought, for a price.

That's the only place I can buy NES games from the shelf.

Flea Markets in Brampton...well one they knew NES/SNES stuff was worth something so they were selling stuff...ridiculously priced, but not like SMB and Dragon Warrior 4 each 9.99...this other place were selling them like that and thats how I scooped up a nice boxed Tetris for 6 bucks and also Paladins Quest for SNES for 6 bucks. This other place tried selling me a complete NES w/ a golf game for like 60 bucks...I laughed. Hey if you're looking for SNES stuff PM me, I have some SNES stuff for sale and I'm local...also I can keep my eyes out here for ya, if needed.
