Anyone know where I can get a 3DO emulator/machine and games? Preferably I'd like the emulator, but i'll take the machine if I have to. I don't wanna spend too much on any of it, so I'd also prefer cheap rates.

I don't know of ANY 3DO emulators, or projects to produce such a thing. Nor is the hardware especially common, I think ebay may be your best bet here...
