Is there anywhere that I can get an English translation patch for the dragon ball games?

I'm not sure if there is even a translation patch. But if there is, your best bet is to look around the ROM Hacks sites, you'll probably dig something up, if not a transtlion.

Edit: Nevermind, there's one for DragonBall 3 here, if that's theone your looking for.
