I recently bought this off ebay and do not know what the hell it is? Super game doctor. Its in brand new condition,,Like i said tho i do not have the lisghtest clue to what it does? Can anyone help?

ok u put a disc upside down on the thingie that shaped likea circle with teeth all around(theres a little switch thingie on the side, to get the cirular thingie out u press that switch and oull on it.) then put a disc on it.(upside down. now close it, put water on the disc(or solution stuff it comes with which is just water) now spin the lever thingie a whole way around once then theres a switch pn the handle move it and turn the lever again(now its making the disc spin backwards.) make it go backwards a whole way around once. It Buffs your games!

it's a disc cleaner.. it's meant to come with a solution to fill in scratches and things on cd's and dvd's.. the istructions above seem good enough

Na you guys have got it all wrong..
It states that its a ram upgrade for some titles.

It is some device for the FD system...I don't know much about famicom counciles so no help here... http://www.dogsoft.net

It's something to do with the famicom disk system. But (as you probably know) there's a device with the same name that cleans discs.
