I know there are TONS of NES bootleg consoles and video games. Are there any of the SNES console or games? If so, are there any photos of them or places that i may be able to purchase?

SNES Central has a few pirates and stuff like that.

As for buying them, they'll pop up on Ebay every now and then. Seeming as they are bit on the illegal side you won't find them through official channels.

theres a new snes mini clone which is selling all over ebay as a "factory sealed snes mini" cos it looks almost exactly like the real ones. i've heard countless cases of people buying them and not knowing theyre pirate at all untill they decide to do something with the hardware inside and find nothing in there is made by nintendo. sad thing is, people buy them for $150US as a legit boxed one.
the box has a big mario on the left.

That is a model 2 snes, not a pirate.

I wonder if any pirate SNES systems aside from the model 2 wannabe on ebay were ever made? Something like an SNES-on-a-chip would be very awesome.

I saw one on ebay, as a factory sealed model 2. it had a picture of a 3-D Yoshi on the top right corner, This one legit? it was at like 120.

I would recommend not buying one on Ebay. SNES pirates are very tricky to catch. Find a pic of the original box online and see if it matches. Here is a very good way to spot a fake.
