I just installed my old NES and it works great. However my game genie doesn't work. It come on but its blurred. Whats even stranger is I hook it up to a old 19 inch TV and it works fine. Any thoughs why the genie does work on my 32 inch Sanyo TV? I have tried it with AV and rf but still doesn't work.

if you have another game system, try hooking that up to the 32inch and see if that system comes onto the screen blurry. if it does, then its the pic tube in the T.V. but if not, then I dont know what to tell you, sorry. hope this helps you out though.

it could be the Game Genie Format. I have herd of some games and such not working on big screens due to how the hardware renders.

You claim that the NES works fine on this screen, but when using the Game Genie the display is fuzzy?

That's a really strange problem, but if I'm understanding correctly it's not the NES at fault, perhaps try a friend's Game Genie?

I tried two game systems now and two genies but still it blurred. I just don't understand why everything works fine until I try to use the genie. Its like the genie is on a bad channel, the letter are all twisted. I just dosn't make any sense how could the genie cause this problem on may sanyo tv but not on any other tv set.

I really don't understand that at all. I have heard of older consoles not working on some newer TV-sets. But the console works, it's just the CARTRIDGE that doesn't...

Have you tried skipping to the game and seeing if that works? If it does, I suggest just toughing it out by writing down how the codes SHOULD appear. That way you can use it, although probably not exactly in the way you wanted. Eh, we all take sacrifices...

My List. Remember, everything can be bought, for a price.
