I am torn right now between the PS3 and the Nintendo Revolution. I know that Nintendo's next gen system will be cheaper and will have neat new features, but PS3 is a power house graphics monster, but will definately be more expensive. I can not get both systems because I can only concentrate on one console at a time. There's quite a bit of time before they are both release, so that will give me time to debate more on which I should purcahse.

I suppose there will be a lot more games playable.
And it's maybe good only to trust OFFICIAL lists, i.e. from Nintendo themselves.

I personally don't think that the PS3 will be 1000$. :shock: A console with a price of 4 digits? Sony is (perhaps) not so stupid. I guess between 599 and 799$. Let's wait and see and get back to topic. I hope all the games that only came out in Nintendo-Power download stations in Japan. But wait...all the past generation console releases have released at at like $200-$400 so it will be really odd to have a $600 or $800...(or whatever) console this time. Besides, this system isn't 2 times more powerful than XBOX 360 so why should it be twice the price?!
Maybe it's better if I didn't have an avatar so i didn't have to spend all my time making one...

It will be more expensive to produce, that's why it *supposedly* will be more expensive than the XBox 360.
The power of the machine doesn't have anything to do with the price.
The PS2 is 149$, right? A Cube you can get for around... 80 I guess?
Is the PS2 twice as powerful as the Gamecube now?
The power of a console needs NOT to be reflected in the price.
