ok my firends and i used to have a nintendo and wed play this game on it, it was this shooter where you were this guy who was shooting aliens???!!!!!!! the first boss was in this mushroom place, the camera had a wierd view??

Referring to the weird camera angle, it sounds like isolated warrior to me.
Say, does the first boss shoot some snake like things to you.
