Who here bought the game besides me? Which mode are you playing now? Do you play Online?

I enjoy the normal mode(The one with Mario). I played it online and got OWN3D badly. But came 3rd on the 4-player Online one. I will post my Friend code in a bit if anyone wants to play with me.

It's too damn expensive here in Germany, so I don't have it yet. But I'm sure I'll buy it for cheap in Japan some time.

Will friend codes on this game work worldwide? We know the problem with Animal Crossing, which doesn't allow to play with gamers from other regions.

Yes I am sure that it will work world wide. I bought it for $40.45CDN with tax. And you can play Prime Hunters world wide also.

40$ isn't too cheap either...
On amazon Japan it's about 3250 Yen (27 US$). That's near an ok price. I'll pick it up when it's under 20$ in Japan.

All games except Animal Crossing can be played online with gamers worldwide? I feel a bit ripped off. I have the Japanese version and know only people with US or European versions. :?

Tetris DS was made DIRECTLY for us old school gamers. No doubt about it. You have tons of classic NES games referred to on it (SMBs [I sure hope people still know what SMB stands for], Metroid, Zelda, Donkey Kong, etc.)

Another thing I like is the different games you can choose from. They took Tetris and made it into something more enjoyable. The touch game, the Metroid game, the adventure.... man, it's great. Oh! The Push game... man, I do love my Tetris DS. If you're an old school gamer, you MUST have this game.

I really like the Push mode. But right now I am trying to clear 200 lines in the Normal mode.

WHAT?! Now Animal Crossing has almost lost it's appeal to me. I'd think playing with other "regions" would have been a lot of fun. Now I'll have to wait until it's a $20 game.

I was going to buy Tetris DS but my work doesn't have any left (and god only knows when they will get more).

I need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.
