I'll put up a link to the SBI file once everything is complete.

I gave up on this project last year, but I still have all the files so it's just a matter of reaquainting myself with the DreamCast's file system (which is actually much less complicated than XBOX's) and putting it all back together again.

However, there are some important changes to be made...
I need to redo the whole Super Nintendo portion of the collection because the emulator I was using for 'Mega Man 7' (DreamSNES) does not have customizable themes. Although I praise the coders of DreamSNES for making SNES emulation on DC a reality, I will also crucify them for being bastards and ENCRYPTING THE DAMMED MENU GRAPHICS!!!
Thanks a lot guys. Now I have to rebuild the whole thing with a completely different emulator.

So when I do finish this project, expect to be playing 'Mega Man 7' on SuperFamicast and not DreamSNES. It's not quite as good, but it least it will still have a Mega Man theme to match the NES and GB portions.
I'll throw 'Mega Man X' on there for completeness too.

one thing capcom did right with it is the rapid fire thing, if you press Y 3 shots come out at once, works good on those enemies that take 349234984 shots to kill

I disagree. i mean, maybe for beginers, no.... no, not even for beginers. it makes it less of a challenge, and people just discovering the game should learn to play the right way. the way NES had it. (correct buttons, no rapid fire, no navi mode) forget all that crap.

I agree with you. "Back in the day," I tried using the turbo function on the NES Advantage, and it tended to get Mega Man into more trouble than it was worth. On 1, when you're sliding down that conveyor or whatever it is, and the bullets fly toward you, that's the only time when rapid fire's really useful. And you can kiss your platforms goodbye really quickly if you forget and leave the rapid fire on!

I know what you mean. Oh, man, I hate it when the controls are screwed up like that.

Actually, not all was thinking. Some was plotting, some was planning, and finally the explaining of my plan which I plotted after I thought of it.
