I think this is worth a thread alone. I came across a site called Mega Driver it is really sweet and has heavy metal Genesis/Mega Drive Songs!

Huge fan of MegaDriver.

Personal faves are Thunder Force, Road Rash, Battlefield, their Castlevania songs, and their Actraiser song kicks ass. Not a fan of their Contra songs. Ain't nobody that can get the right pitch for Contra songs.

STILL waiting for somebody to do Silver Surfer, though...

good call 'Newb.... i didn't see the Road Rash one until you mentioned it.

i also just noticed Bloody Tears (Castlevania) and it's pretty damn good too.

I was pretty unimpressed by the few I listened to. they were scratchy and just... noisy.

I guess I was just expecting a lot more, being a Metroid Metal fan.
