Quote:The Famitsu website revealed today that in Japan, the GameCube version of Zelda Twilight Princess will be sold exclusively trough the japanese Nintendo online store, and there is a chance retailers won't get the game at all.
Reservations for the game starts 11/06 and the products will be distributed from 12/02 (the Wii release date in Japan).
SourceHopefully it won't be the same here and be sold in stores, the GCN version.

I guess I will get it used in a gamestore later then.
Why do they do that? If it's only available in their online store it won't sell as many copies as it could...

This is not a good move by Nintendo. They promised the fans a GC version and now the Japanese only get it in an online shop, it was delayed after the Wii version release... they surely won't sell me a copy that fast. I'll wait and buy used or cheap new.
