i "lol'd" when i saw the topic title. i don't play Guitar Hero or know anything about it, so this post is pretty much useless, just thought i'd point that out. :P http://www.geocities.com/nes_life = NES_Life http://users.ign.com/collection/campkill1387 = My Collection

That topic title threw me for a loop, as well. I thought "spam-bot" immediately! :) But useless thread? 'Ell no! I've been drooling over this ever since I got the issue of EGM with this game on the cover. In reality, I'll probably won't be able to afford this game (or the first one, for that matter), until 2012, (which, according to that 'death clock page,' is the year I'm supposed to croak), unless my relatives are extremely generous this Christmas. But, seeing how "Freebird" is one of the songs on this sequel, I must own it.

I decided job or no job it's mine on release day (if I can find it anywhere). :D http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

Oh, and, uh, I'm pretty sure it's a rumor, but Destructoid is reporting that the Trogdor theme is also going to be an unlockable track.

Including the guitar?
I would pick that up for sure if I had a PS2.. It looks interesting besides the shitty song choices.

Yup, including the guitar. Sometimes that game store has insane deals. But of course, it didn't have the box, so that was probably a factor in them deciding that price.

I was wondering when you were going to show up for this thread, Logan, since you seem to be the resident GH fanatic around here. What do you think of the news on the second one?

I just don't like the bonus tracks, to me they are pure crap. http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

Which "news"? The fact that Metapocolypse will have a song on the game does nothing for me. I don't really enjoy that show. The fact that there is a Guitar Hero II coming out in about two weeks makes me happier than #$%*&$*$!!!!! The game is freaking amazing fun. AND, they are even putting them out on the shelves early at some Wal-marts  I'll be checking mine frequently ;)
