Actually, not all was thinking. Some was plotting, some was planning, and finally the explaining of my plan which I plotted after I thought of it.

yeah, I'm a game unit faster, yet he has a 5:08... it's pretty lame. yeah, it was really the fact that his 4-2 performance was good enough to make his run better.
on the bright side i got 47.64 on track 1 in excitebike. :) I probably will send that to SDA probably along with an improved smb1 full completion time.

I don't know your current strategy, but make sure you are:
-Using the pipe in 1-1
-Skipping powerups except in 1-2, so you can break out to the cieling and do a full run
-Recklessly jumping over stray hammer brothers in 8-3/
That's what I do. I don't know if it helps, but it seems to be the three key tactics for me. Rise up against the Scott empire! Sic semper tyrannis!!! :o
If you think you're right, you're probably wrong. If you think you're wrong, you're being negative. My thoughts are definitive; the universe is frequently wrong.

This guy beats the game within a few seconds of the fastest time physically possible. He knows his way around.
