My friend got a 360 and he has a wireless router. Can he connect to Live with this or does he need a broadband connection? Thanks.

What kind of connection does he have to the internet? Since he has a router and such, I'm going to assume the router is feeding a broadband connection over the wireless. In which case he can buy the wireless networking adapter for the 360, and grab a connection. Of course that thing costs $100, while a nice long chunk of ethernet cable is like, $10.

Well, I was at his house, and he said he couldn't connect since he needs broadband so I just assumed he didn't have it. I know nothing of connecting to online and such, and what would you connect the ethernet cable to?

The other end of the ethernet cable would be plugged into a router. P.S. I totally forgot about sending that check Malon_Forever! Sending tommorrow.
