I don't understand why so many people bash this harware. I think it's great. I tried it out for the first time today, and I've got to say that I received a shock, since I actually expected it to be bad. The slogan is a rip-off the Power Glove though. "Now Your Voice is the Power". Gosh...

I inserted DH into the NES and plugged in the Laser Scope. I placed it on my head and started playing.

I played DH on the "One Duck Mode" for 10 rounds, and scored 229300 points. Which means that I hit every single duck and got a "Perfect 1000 Points" at the end of each level.

So, in my opinion, the Laser Scope is highly effective.

How do you use it? Well, you insert the main connector of the 8' cord into the Port 2 and the audio jack into the audio outlet. This allows the Scope to function as a headset. You can change it from "Mono" to "Stereo", and you can also change it from "Single to "Turbo", and amazingly, you can also change the volume.

The headset is adjustable for the size of your head, and the microphone is also very adjustable.

Once you've put it on, you look through the little blue glass in front of your eye, and you will see a red laser appear in front of you. Move your head into the right position once a duck appears, so that the red laser covers the duck. To open fire, you just simply make a noice. No point in shouting "Fire" or "Turbo Fire" or anything like that. You can just blow hard into the microphone for example.

It also works with a Game Boy, iPod or anywhere else where it requires a headset. So if you want to look extra "nerdy" the next time you're playing Game Boy or listen to music in public, then this is the NES hardware for you.

If you want to make the "Duck Hunt Experience" a little different some time, pick up the Laser Scope. Good luck finding it though.

Actually, not all was thinking. Some was plotting, some was planning, and finally the explaining of my plan which I plotted after I thought of it.
