Wow, Aaron, you remembered this old thread? :shock:
Well, we didn't eat the ducks. :)
One of the two flew away pretty soon after it found out how to fly.
The other one stayed, so we got him (it turned out to be a male duck) a "bride" (i.e. female duck). Now those two are the supreme rulers of our little pond. The little duck even attacks the much bigger geese and scares them away. :D

I have to look that up in the dictionary... They are mallards. I have a photo from yesterday. You can see him after he chased the geese out of the water. :lol:
