anyone know if there is a way to make a famicom which gives a 50hz display give a 60hz ntsc display? i just got a brazil famicom clone and the colors are like rainbows lol, since i had it hooked up to a US ntsc television which is a 60 hz display. is there a converter or anything i can use? im thinking if i had a europe television(which would have a 50hz display) the colors would then be shown correctly. but i dont really want to buy one if there is a way to correct this...

Apparently they exist.

No idea where you'd find one aside from that link though...

That was 5 seconds of googling for PAL to NTSC

the clones i have are from brazil which is a special format of pal known as PAL-M. they run at 60hz and the color frequency is 525. ntsc run 60hz 625 color freq. so the problem is the color freq. i'm wondering if there is converter from brazil pal-m to ntsc. searched but none i found say it will

That's a pretty specific and obscure requirement, I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you...
