This isn't meant for advertisement, just for discussions about other forums we visit regularly. So, what forums do you guys frequent? I like this place. It is really cozy, but of course, it isn't populated as much as a few other places are. When it comes to game discussions, I find VGC is the place I go to the most. Here's the link for those who are interested: http://www.vgchat.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28How about the rest of you guys?

Thanks for the invite, dude, but this is still a young forum. Everything was redone on the boards not to long ago. It needs some people to keep it driving. Once again, thanks for the invite! :D http://robertlbryant.com

It looks like the NES forums there are much more dead than here. We have over 100 posts a day here going now, and it's only been up a month... As for other forums, they're not NES-related, but I frequent the digitalpoint.com forums, and the ProFox mailing list(http://www.leafe.com)... -- Derek

I used to frequent a lot of Linux/BSD message boards, but now I just hang out in the IRC channel for one. Good bunch of people there.

The forums were recently hacked, so they do appear to be a bit dead. They only just opened back up, so they should get busy again very soon.

That really de-moralizes the participants, typically-- I wouldn't expect them all back... -- Derek

Gee that place looks "familiar" (in colors and design). It's too bad that you can't log on even after you've registered (what's up with that?). I think right here is the place to be for solid NES content. There's a few individuals here that really know their stuff. http://www.playthenes.com

I believe they've been around since 1997, if not a little longer.

I sometimes browse a German Gamecube forum on http://www.cubefever.deIt's quite nice there, but in the last time the number of active posters and new posts went down a bit. I won a prize in a game there (Skies of Arcadia Legends for Gamecube) once. :D

It's really good that you love the site just as we do, but probably there is noo need to write it in different posts over and over again. Quote:although i just started today im falling in love with this forum its great (from the "2000 posts" thread) If you want to write your love towards the site down, you should at least answer or add something new to the thread. Please. :)

The forum looks very interesting, but I'm gonna stick here. It's not so crowded here and I know all the topics.
The eBay contest on that forum sounds cool. 8)

Yeah I like the Digital Press forums but it can get a bit overwhelming sometimes with the amount of traffic in there. Sometimes I see a thread I like, but when I go back a couple of days later it's slipped down so many pages I struggle to find it. I think it would be better if they had separate forums for Nintendo, Sega, Atari, Sony etc. Then you could just check out the stuff you were really interested in, ie Nintendo  One thing DP is definitely good for is the amazing amount of videogame knowledge their members have. This is where the real big collectors hang out. If you have a game question you can't find the answer to anywhere else you can be pretty sure someone there will be able to help you.

Hehe, not sure they'd listen to me seeming as I'm a newbie and all. Their top poster has over 20,000 posts. No, when it comes to NES I think I'll stick here.
