It seems that most of the people who are veterans on some boards feel threatened by new people. I have no clue why. If those "veterans" are so good at their job, then there should be no worries. Some time everybody was new to a forum. Veterand can't be veterans without having been newbies before. :wink:

wow... time to look into some forum security... wipe out old admin accounts and the like... that was a slightly interesting board, but if that happens as often as it seems to it's really not worth joining.

Those who are trying to steal resources usually try to keep it low-key, so they can steal the bandwidth and such for a longer period... Those who steal information(such as credit card #'s), will likely eventually get caught when they try to use them. The ones that do it just to deface or damage are just "bad people" without enough to do. -- Derek

It's not really a forum, but I like Chris' Survival Horror Quest. I've posted there only a couple of times, (and only recently) but I frequent there a lot.
