yes, it did. it took a while to try and figure out, "okay, what games are you gunna play more?" and I figured I'd play the ones for Game Cube more. 'cus I thought long and hard and the only thing I like about Xbox is Halo. but Game Cube has Mario, Zelda, Soul Calibur and so on. that, and well... I compaired the prices and Game Cube was ALOT cheaper and I got more games. lol Im cheap. Nintendo guys look out for the ppl like me who like to save money. I think I've joined the Nintendo side of the game world. I used to not care but now Im all about some Nintendo.

I think you chose wisely. I personally wouldn't get a X-box. Not only is is heavy and clunky, the controller is awkward. Game Cube is way better in my amature opinion! The gamecube also has more "chick" friendly games that can easily be used to lure women to want to play video games! (that is if you wish to share the gamecube) ) http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

So you've chosen the Nintendo side of the force... that was a wise decision. Zelda alone is worth it. :)
And although Soul Calibur is also on the XBox it was a good decision in my opinion. :)

Im hoping that my paycheck will be for $200 or more bucks so I can get the system for the $100 bucks spend $50 on used games and get a pre-order for the new Zelda game coming out. I picked up the July copy of Nintendo Power and read alot about it and now I MUST have it. everyone cross your fingers for me that I'll have a big check.

I went out and dished out $200 bucks for a game cube, nintendo brand extra controller, nintendo brand memory card, Soul Calibur II & Batman Begins. and not even 24 hours later, my S.O.B of a computer died and I have $0.00 USD to fix it. Im useing a library computer so if you guys have been wondering where I am, Im busting my ass for some over time so I can get my computer fixed. ...atleast I got my game cube.... I guess. ^_^

That's bad. :( But, that's how it goes, due to Murphy's Law. And I learned from Roth. Everybody who doesn't know Murphy's Law, look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murphy%27s_lawWikipedia is your friend...
