So which of these hard ass pipe wielding thugs of games do you like the best? For me I would have to say the first one. The second one seems kind of cheap with it's gimmicky rain and night levels, and the third suffers from lack of the cool 3d look of the first two and heinous vertical scrolling parts. And just incase you guys didn't know, irate animals are a ninja's worst enemy. :P

3D look of the first two? what are you talking about?

as for the poll, I haven't played any of them beyond the original too much, but I love them all.

I know what he means. You know how when you look at the level, it's in a 3/4 kind of view? Ryu's feet are in the middle of the ground as you look at him... like so

On the third one, you see the background directly from the side... like so

My favorite is the first one, but that doesn't take anything away from the two sequels for me. I think the third one is the hardest for sure, and the second one is the easiest. The first NG's story was absolutely perfect.

I've only played half way through the first and 2 "acts" into the 2nd, but I think I like the first one better as of now. (trying hard to get Ninja Gaiden III)

I like Ninja Gaiden one, but there are so many parts in that game where i want to overdose on something. I like Ninja Gaiden 2 Better.

The first one by far. It had the best music/ levels and just everything was kick ass about it. And Roth I never noticed that look until you pointed it out.

I need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.
