So, what's everyone's favorite character? I would have to say mine is Palom and Porom from Final Fantasy 2 (US). They are very well developed, even if they were not main characters.

I'm going to sound really really generic, but I'm going to have to say Mario.

On Mario Kart Double Dash and Super Smash Bros Melee, though, Luigi's my main man. I'm a big Luigi fan.

It's hard to say... There are many characters that I like. I do go on and off about who is my favorite at the time. Overall, I'd say Solid Snake from Metal Gear is my favorite character. As far as antagonists go, I'd have to say Godfather Gordon from The Adventures of Bayou Billy. I love the laugh he gives before each level!

I hold it with ZombieHunterX.
Luigi is the man, and the most underestimeted character of video games.
Why don't they make more games with him?
Of course, Link and Mario are cool, too.

Yeah, Mega Man has to be one of my favorites as well, but the old school real Mega Man, not this battle network crap.

Its a tie between Megaman, Link, and little Bubble Bobble!

But if were not talking about main characters.

Hands down, the windmill man from Ocarina of time.

Never trust a little android man.

The windmill man is weird. :D

I like the way he's moving. Kinda scary.

I've been thinking on this, and I don't like Mario. As much as I may get flamed for it. Mario isn't cool anymore. I think it was right around Mario Kart that things went bad. they should have stopped there, but due to greed, we have Mario Tennis, Mario this, Mario that, and soon, Dance Dance Revolution.... with Mario!

Nintendo, please stop killing him...

Fat itallian plumbers do not play tennis, or go to raves... Mario was a decent guy. please stop slapping him into every game you can find.

Honestly I'd rather see Mario retired than to see another disgrace of a sports game with him in it.

I'd like to have another Mario game as good as Mario 64.

But I agree with you, I don't need any sport titles with Mario. Let's face it, he is a fat plumber, he can't play Tennis. (Let's dig Pete Sampras and Boris Becker out again  )

That guy definitely had the best music in the game.

I'd go for Kirby on account of his huge appetite.

I agree with the ones that answered Mario!

Actually, not all was thinking. Some was plotting, some was planning, and finally the explaining of my plan which I plotted after I thought of it.

Mario is not bad, but in the last time a little bit "over-used" by Nintendo.
I like the character, though. ... but Luigi is better.

Mario is missing? This was Luigi, right?

And then Luigi Mansion.

ah yes, I had forgotten about Mario is Missing. The one I was thinking of was Luigi's Mansion.
