Digital Press doesn't have a listing for "King of Poker" for the NES, are you sure you read the title right?

I think that game is actually called Poker III. It's a 5 in 1 card game cart so maybe "King of Poker" is one of those 5 games. Whatever the case that isn't a particularly clear auction. I'd recommend avoiding Sachen games as they're pretty shabby. If you really want a fix of 8-bit ladies taking their clothes off while you play Poker try a rom of Peek-a-boo Poker. Edit: I just checked the Digital Press guide and it called this "The undisputed king of Sachen games". So maybe it is worth checking out, but not for over $100.

Which rarity guide are you referring to? The Digital Press guide has it liseted as Poker III. If you're talking about Mike Etlers list, it doesn't have any Sachen games because he only listed American releases. I actually found while browsing my NesterDC roms this afternoon that I have a Poker III rom. The first thing I noticed was that the game he talks about in the auction is called something like "King of Casino" so I don't know why he calls it "King of Poker". The SMB3 style map is simply a gimmicky way of linking the various card games together.
