I'm too lazy to take pics right now, but I've got some AWESOME albums on vinyl. All the Ozzy albums from Blizzard to Tears, Led Zeppelin I-IV, Iron Maiden's Piece of Mind and Powerslave, MJ's Thriller, and the two that I like having on vinyl the best:

Rush 2112
Pink Floyd The Wall

Pics on request.

I record vinyl -> mp3 all the time, except I have a high end mixer and a semi-decent sound card.

If you really want to record vinyl into your computer I highly suggest investing in at least some kind of upgraded sound card. You'll be thankful later

I've got the whole set up now, bought the original Hergest Ridge LP (Was remixed in 1976 and the original version is not available on CD).
Sony turntable>Teac stereo amplifier>Out>Line in>Polderbits line in WAV recording :)

An LP thread? I didn't notice this one. I inherited quite a few from my mom, and picked up a few myself, I've also got 45's, 78's, etc. But among the classics:
Almost all the Bob Dylan albums, including his first.
All Beatles, the American Capitol versions (got the British CD's)
Peter, Paul & Mary, most of them
Led Zeppelin, all except In Through The Out Door
The black Metallica album with Enter Sandman, and a needle has never touched it.
Ah, there's just too many. I've got to pick up another camera soon.

This is so weird! I just bought a new record, since, to me, this one is just a collectable. I was originally planning on posting this on the "Cool Finds" topic, but then all of a sudden I see that there's an own topic for this.

This is what I bought from the store I usually go to where they have a lot of cool, old stuff: http://img391.imageshack.us/my.php?image=aaaa00047wz.jpg

Actually, not all was thinking. Some was plotting, some was planning, and finally the explaining of my plan which I plotted after I thought of it.

I got this one today... (well now yesterday since it's well past midnight). It's supposed to say Home Sweden Home (I couldn't figure out how to turn the flash off)

A new way to annoy my husband (bwahahaha).... he thinks the swedish language is the worst sounding language out there.

Oh man! Grandpa 1215 (?) got screwed. Hee-hee. I would think a Python album would be worth a LOT more than that.
Mozilla Firefox...how much KB/MB does it rob? I've been thinking of getting that for awhile, but don't want to slow my com down any more than it is.

Well, I certainly hope that I recieve the record, considering he only accepted cash or checks... but, his feedback was very good, and the price was way too damn good.

AND, "Tie & Handkerchief" was the record that had two grooves on one side. Big collector's item.

A nice Mother's Day present, no?

Once again, this shows that you're a real fan of the Monty Python series, Newb, but then again you've never hidden it either. :P Congratulations on winning that record!
