I was in the local "Saver's" store and low and behold I saw it..... NES GAMES!!! I looked in the case and there is was... The Legend of Zelda. I've always wanted to play this game but they want $6 for it. Is it worth it? Also they had Dragon Warrior for the same price..... http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

That's a bit high (as Savers/Value Vilage always seems to be) but if you really want the game, $6 isn't a lot of money. I would suggest ebay, but the fools that label everything as "RARE!!!! OMG 1 UV A KIND!!!!! L@@K!!!!!" have created a false sense of value for those games.

6 is a bit high, but not too high if you really want the game.

I'd pick it up. Most of the time you're going to pay $5.00 shipping anyway, so you're probably going to end up with a better deal. I think $6.00 for an old NES game is a better deal than $45-$50 for a new generation game ;) You might want to get ahold of Dragonlord for a copy of Dragon Warrior. He has a couple of copies he's selling for $2, and he charges about $2.50 for shipping to where I live. If Dragon Warrior is $6 at your local store also, you can save a little money. Here's a link to the page on his site with all he has for sale (sorry, no LoZ there): http://www.ripgames.neschannel.com/store.html http://robertlbryant.com

They are really great games and $6 is an OK price. Why not try test-driving the emulators to see ifr you'll like them? I maxed out my EXP in DW, I forgewt what it was in hexadecimal, but when I talked to the king all he would say "Surely you are strong enough to face the Dragonlord now"
I found a couple old NES carts that the battery is dying in, so I ordered the bits to open them up. I'm handy with a soldering iron so it should be pretty easy to replace.
(It will definately be better than the AD&D for the genesis game that my brother and I duct taped 2 AA batteries to the outside of the case)

The fact that the game is currently available and being sold on the GBA tells you everything you need to know about it's "rarity".
