He can either be in the beginning part of the level to the right, or in the hidden part where you would need the life belt. Either way, once again, catch froggy to end the level.

I think Ashley from RE:4 gets realy anoying when she goes
"HELP LEON"
over and over and over again till you shoot the prevert who grabed her and is taken her back to his place 8)

i just thought of a new one, Steve from RE CV "Wee weet don't shoot". I went back and forht Killed his dad like 20 times.

Bah! That's that newer crap. Tails was awesome before they put voices to the faces. You could use him to fly up to places and what-have-you. I think he's a pretty good character, but then again, I like the older Sonic games the best.
