Anyone else playing this? And when I mean playing, as in when you can? I'm just starting taloon's quest, can't wait to get the hero and battle those metal babbles! What secrets have you found? Anyone got the box and instructions, and maps for this game up for sale?

I'm playing this at the moment (at quite a slow pace) and have to say it is most excellent. I finished the first Dragon Warrior about 6 months ago and moved onto no.II but found it a bit too similar so quit before long. No.IV is way more involved. I loved chapter 3, just starting chapter 4. What is Dragon Warrior III like compared to the rest in the series (on the NES)?

1-2 and 3 are the "Erdrick" series. 3 is actually the beginning, 1 is that sequel, 2 is the final game, confusing yes. IV is a new storyline, finished in VI. I have a reproduction cart made for Dragon Warrior V, very good game so far, awsome to play it on SNES, they fully translated it, they are working on VI, but won't be for a while. III has a sort of create a character part to it that is neat.

DW3 was my favourite one, but I haven't played too much of DW4. Maybe I should get back into it.

Finally finished Dragon Warrior IV tonight. Phew only took about 2 months! :lol:
