Im thinking, once I get a job, save up around $500 to $1,000 bucks and start my own online store on ebay selling video games. everything from Atari to PS3 ('cus the ps3 will be out by the time I get a grand saved up) and sell them to where I make some money but at the same time I wont rip customers off. none of this $5.99 shipping for one NES game. and sell my games with the truth. none of that "SUPER RARE MARIO/DUCK HUNT GAME". Im for real. I've always wanted to run my own game store and I think I might have a shot. what do you guys think? good idea or give up all hope know?

I would open up now but 1. I dont have alot of games and not only that the games I got are for my collection. But I think I'll start buying some games and some extra copys of stuff I already have and open up shop on ebay. it'll just be REALLY small at first and build my way up. maybe if I get it going and it does well, I wont have to work at all. just go game hunting and keep my stock full. *wishfull thinking*

My cousin is like that with books. Hes 22 years old, and he has 10,000 books in his basement. He makes 50,000 to 60,000 dollars a year. He has never had a job, and he can support him self, and has enough saved for a house, and more. Anyways, I hope the store thing works out for you. I know I'd buy something off you if you had a nice selection, and wouldn't charge 5 bucks to ship a cart only N64 game.

Shipping Prices
NES games: $1.50 and .50 cent for every game after that
SNES games: $1.50 and .50 cent for every game after that
N64 games: $1.75 and .75 cent for every game after that
Game Cube games: $3.25 and $1.00 for every game after that
Playstation games: $2.75 and $1.00 for every game after that
Playstation 2 games: $3.25 and $1.00 for every game after that
Xbox games: $3.25 and $1.00 for every game after that

does that sound good to everyone here?

Why would the shipping for a N64 cart be more than a NES cart? nes carts are bigger..

'cus N64 carts tend to be heavyer than the NES carts. its not the size its the weight.

for NES games Im thinking about for the games that arent rare, make it where like "Buy 3 games get one free" and all you have to pay for is the 3 games and the shipping for the 3 and the 4th one is 100% free. but it cant be anything rare or anything hard to get your hands on. once I find that stupid bank card of mine Im going to go open up an ebay account. Im gunna do this you guys, for real. cross your fingers for me. :D

go to wal-mart with a few bucks and stock up on bubble-envelopes, the shipping place i go to charges $1.19 for a NES sized one, wal-mart has the same ones WITH LINES TO WRITE ON for 46 cents!

I wish you the best of luck with it, I hope it works out. The shipping prices seem to be fair as well.

"The Game Over" Update: I just gotta wait for the bank to send me a new card so I can open up an ebay account and then after that, it'll be small and wont be an "ebay store" but I'll have a ebay name and be selling cool stuff.
