I can't decide which I should go for..... Next month the game crazy kid said they will be getting a DS (pearl blue) that comes with Nintendogs for $130 or I can get the Dance Dance Revolution for $60 (and possibly lose a few pounds...). http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

If you want the best of both worlds you could get a real dog. Then you wouldn't need Nintendogs and could take it for a walk/run everyday so wouldn't need DDR to keep fit. Sorted!

Can't get a "real" dog, I don't think the apartment building would allow it plus I have four cats. Also I live in Minnesota, and there is no way in hell I would walk a dog when it's -30 degrees outside. If I had to quit smoking because I had to go outside to do it (hub says no smoking cigs inside); I definatly ain't going to be walking no dog (while it makes up it's mind where to go to the bathroom) in that weather. http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... Between the 2 I'd probably go for the DS, but I have been craving some DDR for a while now. I don't know why, I used to work in an arcade that had one of those machines and it drove me mad with the same 10 or so songs playing over and over all day. I quite like the the look of the Mario DDR though seeming as it will have classic Nintendo tunes.

They also had DDR 2 for the same deal (pad and game). But if I really wanted to I maybe could get both... hmmmm..... (thinking of how to scam the hubby). http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

Well, a DS is a good choice, but I love DDR, and don't have a PS2. I would get a cheap DDR game for 20 bucks, and get a 50 buck nice pad. Then, save the rest of the money up for a DS

Getting the DS alone is killer I think. I don't know much about DDR, so I can't speak on behalf of that. At least get the DS. It's tons of fun :) http://robertlbryant.com

Here, if you get a DS, you might need some extra cash since there are SO many good games coming out, and you'll be tempted. Getting DDR. You'd probably have more money left over, and you'd have hours of fun. When I first played DDR, I was like, "this is so stupid". Then I started to play, and I loved playing. Also, my friends bro was a bit a the larger side (not too much), and he lost 10 pounds in 6 months of playing DDR. Anyways, I wanted to say this with my first post, but I was rushed. Anyways, in the long run, I'd get what you really want to get.

Is DDR like the game "frequency" except with your feet (I LOVE FREQUENCY... I've actually won the game/with secret bonus songs as well)? (at least the same concept where if you play it enough your brain will remember the next move before you consciously do?) http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... I had to nix Tom.
