How can I choose the 2 player mode in "VS Super Mario Bros" while playing with FCE Ultra? They offer me two buttons: A blue and a green one (for one and two players). One of them refers to the Select button, but the other one I can't activate. So, what do I have to do to be able to press this other button? It's nether A, nor B or Start. What is it?

Insert coin? My problem occurs after I pressed the button to insert the coin. At first I "insert some coins". Then there is a message on the screen: It shows me two buttons and next to it the texts "1 player" and "2 players". The one player button is the button which is normally (in normal games) used for Select. But I don't know how to press the two player button. It's neither A, nor B, nor Start. So, how can I choose two players? I assume that it maybe has something to do with the Dip Switches. But I don't know what they are or how to practiacally manage my problem.

Have you tried pressing "Select" on the second player controller?
