First of, this does work, I snagged a few cruddy games out of this as fillers for cheap. Go to http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/categories/products/deptpage.asp?typ=p&nav=p&web_dept=NES&banna=nes&order=list_price&intpageno=1&ordersort=asc&nooftens=1
and when you add all your preplayed games you want, enter the following codes:
PPLAY15
SAVER

You'll get 15% off any preplayed games, so don't feel limited to 8-bit. Quite nice for buying those games that always have a minimum shipping of $3 on Ebay. I posted this in the Karnov Love Thread when they had Karnov, but I figure this will get more exposure here.
