do you guys think i would be good if nes games had a rating sytem judging the condition of nes games, like the ones that comic books, and baseball cards have. maybe we could develop one
1-10, 1 being absolute sh%t, 10 being factory sealed, mint
maybe digit press could do it
or is it a little over the top

That sounds like a good idea, but i think it would only apeal to the hard core collecters like Nesmaster, or Nes-A-Holic. Would give a list o games a better perspective of what condition the game is in, if pictures are not available.

The problem with that , is a game can be factory sealed, but in terrible condition. Same with opened, but minty. I also think a system like this wouldn't be something universal, as your definition of mint might only be good condition to me, or vice versa

Basically it would be a nice idea, but there's Nesmaster's point. Such ratings are very subjective and thus differ in the eye of the beholder. I saw pieces of JUNK go as "like new" and on the other hand used stuff that looked like never touched before.
