Airplane! Office Space Dangerous Beauty Lion King All of Kevin Smith's movies (with exception of Jersey Girl, that was just pure crap).
I'm sure there is more, I'm just drawing a blank. Airplane was funny i like that part when Leslie Nielsen says Don't Call Me Shirley.

"David" wrote:Labyrinth? That has David Bowie in, so it automatically qaulifies as "Sweet as" :P It also has Jennifer Connolly and a talking worm - double bonus points! My favorite movie vote goes to the Marx Bros' " Duck Soup". One of the funniest films ever made. Honorable mentions go to "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", "Annie Hall", and the original "Star Wars" trilogy. http://www.playthenes.com

I have lots of favourites beginning with the Star Wars Trilogy (IV-VI), Lord of the Rings trilogy, A Chinese Ghost Story (again a trilogy... I'm quite fond of trilogies it seems :P ), most of Jackie Chan's movies (his old ones are just great), Totoro (jp), Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi (jp), Sleeping Bride (jp),... I see I'll have to make a list of my favourites, there are too many. :)

That it is, i'm lucky enough to have a Marx Bros DVD set with that, Animal Crackers, Monkey Business and Horse Feathers. All very funny.

If I were to nominate an honorable mention, my vote would go to a beautiful little character study by the name of The Quiet Man.

The only mistakes I see are " my favorite" and fello Wship. Other than that, you're good. I have a penchant for answering rhetorical questions.

Mods, close this topic. The debate is over. 8) Yes! You could have guessed from the pic in my sig..& the entire Spaghetti Western genre--just too cool. Gangs Of New York closely follows for a more recent pick, again, this was shot with the same studio, & one or more of the same people who worked on the Italian westerns worked on this one, as well.
