Frankly, I liked the fake DS's better.
This one looks rather... weird. (not to offend you)

Perhaps you should at least try to adjust the colors.
Make the Gameboy part grey, so that they have the same color as the NES controller.

That's better, but could still use a lot of improvement. I see what design you have in mind, and it would be pretty cool. Maybe some sort of hand held that had the old NES games built into it would be cool. Keep working on it...

Now it's a bit better, but as Roth said, could still need more work.
Keep on the work.

GameAxe

Game Theory Admiral

both take famicom carts as far as I know but with an adaptor they could play NES carts and are both portables. Not sure of the quality or either one though...

Probably you could use an adaptor with those, but the whole construction wouldn't be too stable I fear. I'd thus prefer to play them on areal console.

I agree that nothing beats the real console, but if you just have to play some SMB on the go, I think they would suffice.

I got your point. As for me,... I wanted one of those Famicom adaptors for the GBA myself, so I won't say anything bad about them here.

I recommend you pocketnes for that. Doesn't need an adaptor. :)
