I would have to say my least favorite controller is the N64 controller I mean if your using the control stick it's near impossible to use the a and b buttons too. ow!
Maybe it's better if I didn't have an avatar so i didn't have to spend all my time making one...

I would have to say the worst controller for me to play with would be Playstations controller. I just thinks its shape weridly, and hurts my hand  :P

I personally loved the N64 controller; It just molded into my hand when I played games like Zelda, Mario, Goldeneye, Turok.....the Z trigger was perfect for fPS games, as it just felt so natural.
I never had the analogue stick wear out on me, though my mate went through quite a few; however, the one I originally got with my '64 is still working perfectly to this day.
My least favourite is a toss up between the DC pad(man those triggers kill my fingers, and the cable coming out of the bottom-wtf?) and the Xbox pad.

All the people complaining about the first Xbox controller must be small. That was my favourite controller because it was the first one that actually fit my hands withought having to use a cramped holding style to reach all the buttons. The newer Xbox S controller is really good though. It has by far the best analog stick of all controllers. It offers great control. The button layout could be improved though, as people mentioned. I think the rectangular NES controller is a thing of beauty. It used to hurt my hands when I was young because my palms would rub against the corners. Now that I'm grown up, it's actually quite comfortable. It also wins in the looks department. I love the look of 80s technology.
