I have alot of NES games that don't want to work in my toploader but work great with my toaster anyone else have this problem?

Is this the Nintendo toploader, or one of those Neo-Fami pieces of junk everyone raves about?

It's the Nintendo Toploader some games just get a gray screen. :?

have you tried cleaning your toploader? i'm sure they could use a cleaning every once in awhile :wink:

I cleaned it but i still get the gray screen i did notice that 2 of the Gold Pins inside are twisted just a little bit not sure if this is what's causing the problems.

haha... wow. i don't have a toploader so i don't know if it's supposed to be like that or what, but it sounds a little weird to me.

I will try but there is something else inside the pins i looked inside with a flashlight but i could not tell what it is it's way on the corner of the pins looks kinda of like a little piece of food like a little piece of cookie i will try to take it out.

try turning the console upside down and shaking it.... or try and dig around in there with something small like a toothpick, or one of those screwdrivers for adjusting glasses
