Anyone else give this a shot?

No pun intended..
Very fun, too bad though there is no "all-star" team on it with all captains!

Listen buddy, I jumped on the pole to get to the princess, nothing more, nothing less!

I've played it briefly in a shop. It was pretty fun. I'm hoping to pick it up soon. I was pleasently suprised, I thought it would be fairly rubbish.

Yeah I tried tennis, didn't like it, but it helps that I played soccer for about 10 years, not to mention the fact that a "2006" version, or "2007" version won't come out, unlike the EA games, waste of 50$ those ones in my opinion.

I also played it in a shop and liked it. Seems like a long overdue update of Nintendo World Cup with loads of extra moves.

Mario and co. are characters in the GameCuber version of NBA Street.

I found strikers really repetative and dull after a while. It was good for a few days, though. That's better than Mario tennis, I guess.

That game could have used more captains and more sidekicks.

All games could!

Too bad there wasn't a "quest" so you could "find" characters like Toad, Kirby etc.

Next time I'm sure.

I'm not a big fan of those either. All you're really paying for (in most cases) are fancier graphics, updated teams, and maybe a new mode.
They do sell well, however, but I think it's a waste of money. But then again i'm a cheap skate as well

There is going to be a Mario basketball game. It is called Mario 3-3 basketball for NDS.
