Pro Action Replay was basically the same thing as a Game Genie, it was designed in the UK for use with the PAL NES games.
So does anybody know of any NES emulators with a Pro Action Replay or where you can use PAR codes???? I know most of them have a GG, but PAR codes won't work with that. And i've been playing games that you have to use a PAR with instead of a GG. I'd appreciate any help!! Thanks!

FCE Ultra's documentation says that it supports PAR codes, but I've never messed with any of them. Give it a try.

There is a program on HERE that allows you to convert between Gamegenie and Pro Action Replay codes. I havent tried this yet but I think it works. Then all you have to do is type in the PAR code and it will show you the corresponding GG cheat.
