Okay, so why would people want a game boy micro with the Nintendo DS out AND it "PLAYS" Game Boy Advance games? I mean all the new and hot games are for the DS and they aren't even concerned very much about making Game Boy Advance games. I mean I know it's small. When I play my GBA SP I'm like what's new? It's just Super Mario Advance 4 or DK: King Of Swing. What other games are worth buying for it if your looking for hot games ECPECIALLY knowing the high-tech fun Nintendo DS machine with 3D graphics and 2 screens and has all the new games and plays the Game Boy's games. Game Boy Advance seems like it's time has passed for a new Game Boy Advance game playing system to be released. You know what I'm saying?
I know that was maybe a bit complicated to read.
Maybe it's better if I didn't have an avatar so i didn't have to spend all my time making one...

??? :?:
I didn't really understand...
What the heck. :)
The GB Micro is small and for people who want it small. And for fans and collectors. If you like it, buy it, if not, stick with your SP or DS. Simple thing.

It's probably aimed specifically at the Japanese market, and they go berserk over anything that's excessively cute.

Actually my point is why aren't there any big games made by nintendo coming out yet, like Super Mario Bros. 5, or something? "THEN" there would be a point in having one. Unlike just buying cheap $15 board game and racing games/sports games and games made after movies. Super Mario Advance 4 is getting older sounding every day and a LOT of people don't wan't to buy old used games from the past.
carfully read that

You mean, for the GBA? Well, despite what Nintendo says, the DS is is GBA's replacement. No real reason to make new GBA games.

Then that's the point. Why for the GBM now? It's small but the games aren't interesting anymore.

Another good point for what I just said is why can't it play the original GameBoy games. If your even into game boy systems anymore since you say it's for collectors or something. Actually I wan't one but it's just worthless at the same time.

why'd Nintendo make it? simple.... MONEY why do people buy it? i really have no idea. i guess because it's trendy? and about the DS playing GameBoy games, it only plays Advanced games . but i guess it could if you cut the proper slots in the cart  http://www.geocities.com/nes_life = NES_Life http://users.ign.com/collection/campkill1387 = My Collection

It was designed to appeal to the adult and female audience, to just throw in your pocket. The average wank-spank(New one, Commander  ) won't put a honkin' DS or a GBA in their pocket just for some mindless fun.

I think the only "female" thing about the micro is the changing of the face plates. It's trendy for women to carry those huge purses so I don't know if size is an issue. http://www.myspace.com/jennikisaI need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

"Javi_92" wrote:So, even if you cut the requiered plastic, It still won't work And the DS is lacking the hardware to play GB(C) games. the Micro is as well. the GBA is essentially two handhelds in one. since the ARM7 chip isn't compatible with the Z80 the GB(C) used, it requred a whole seperate hardware mode in order to play those games.
