And the difference is like night and day. My DVDs are really clean looking as well. It's for the $10 for a new cable.

it's not like night and day at all... s-video is a VERY SLIGHT improvement.

if your TV has component inputs on it, get This cable

THAT is like night and day, even from s-video. it may be a low end cable, but it works just the same. I was running the very same one on my Xbox for the past 3 months.

I switched the Xbox back to composite/s-video a few days ago to demonstrate the difference to someone and I was just disgusted.

These cables you posted are thought the RCA jacks? Wouldn’t that still give me the same type of signal?

Sorry for my ignorance when it comes to specifics.

To me the SVideo cable made a huge difference. I went back and forth from the RCA to Svid and it was a big difference.

I figure any difference that's really noticeable is big.

That cable goes through three RCA jacks for video, and the two standard red and white ones for audio.

if you have Red, Green, and Blue RCA jacks on your TV, go get that cable immediately. the difference is AMAZING.

Your poor little s-video cable will look like black and white in comparison.

I desperately need to get the GameCube one, but Nintendo doesn't have any stock, there are no third party cables, and they go for $60 on eBay :( but I need it before Twilight Princess comes out.

Ah, understood. Unfortunately, my TV has just a regular red, white, yellow RCA plug ins. It looks like I'm stuck with my SVIDEO. I enjoy it!

At Walmart I saw an HDMI cable for $70!! Thats expensive, but then again if you have a $1,000 TV and a satellite connection, that isn't a lot of money.

I too noticed a difference between composite and s-video, but as soon as I got my component cables, wow. Made s-video look terrible.

480p looks hot, now I just gotta get me a 360 and get some 720p action going 8)

Hey thanks for that link. Last time i saw ps2 component cables in stores it was something ridiculous for the big name monster cable, and had given up ever since.
