Well, I've started having fun with developing songs in the format recognized by the NES. I figured I could post them here for you guys to check out if you want. I'll put them in the order of when I did them, since some of the early ones are extremely lame :P It was tough to figure out how to navigate through the program, but I think I've finally got it down. Time to experiment with different instruments now.

You'll probably notice that some of the songs are quieter than others. I'm still trying to figure out some settings to make everything stand out, as the DPCM channel likes to be quieter than the others. That makes it difficult, but that channel's awesome. By the way, the last song there is kinda cheap. I just threw that together real fast because I wanted to use that record scratch sample in something :P

I really liked the sleuth one! (They were all good but that's my favourite)

The spooky one gave me goose pimplies.

I need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

You are very good at that. I like song #5. It sounds like munchkins on acid.

Thanks. I've now got all these songs compiled into one NSF.

I like having them all in one NSF, as it's all the songs that I wrote while trying to learn NT2. Hence the name Progress.nsf (kind of like your Progressional deal, ZEN). Anyway, it's all the same songs, but if you want the NSF, it's right there in the link.

Nice.
Those tracks are better than lots of the "professional" works we hear in actual NES releases. 8)
