Maybe he currently resides there, whilst he rallies people to join him against the sinilegion. I thought he'd be living in Beverly Hills, but he must like it in Russia.

I'm bigoted, not suicidal. And I'm sure the Great Karnovski only listed one of his undoutedly numerous strongholds. Hell, my organization's intelligence has only been able to find two of them, and they were both decoys.

Actually, not all was thinking. Some was plotting, some was planning, and finally the explaining of my plan which I plotted after I thought of it.
