Well I might as well throw this up here as well. If anyone is interested then let me know and I'll answer all questions! I'll trade this once again for NES items and/or cash. The Lord of The Rings book was valued at $400 U.S. and $200 for The Hobbit. I'll sell both for $400 or trade. I'll also throw in a handfull of paperback Tolkien books I've collected as well for free. http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7037260598&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

Fighting Fantasy - Choose your own adventure books Not many people remember these books from the mid to late 80's. You'd read a paragraph in the book and depending on what you'd want to do you would go to a different page of the book while traveling through a fantasy world solving puzzles. Written by Steve Jackson and Ian Livingston these books are long out of print and getting harder to find. The average condition of these books are in fair shape because of thier age and lots of use.
The Warlock of Firetop Mountain #1 The Citadel of Chaos #2 The forests of doom #3 City of Thieves #5 Death trap dungeon $6 Island of the Lizard King #7 Scorpion Swamp #8 Caverns of the snow witch #9 House of Hell #10 Talisman of evil #11 Freeway Fighter #13 Seas of Blood #16 Trial of Champions #21 Robot Commando #22 Masks of Mayhem #23 Creature of Havoc #24 Crypt of the sorcerer #26 Phantoms of Fear #28 Midnight Rogue #29 Chasms of Malice #30 Slaves of the Abyss #32 Armies of Death #36 Portal of Evil #37 Masters of Chaos #41 Fighting Fantasy - Intro to role playing game books The Fighting Fantasy World - TITAN Dungeoneer - D&D type game book Sorcery #4 - The Crown of Kings
The whole set for $35

I have two, they're awesome. I'm a sucker for quirky ideas. Besides, the battle function made the lame "adventure" idea infinitely more replayable and cooler. Let's see, I've got the Talisman one, and I'm pretty sure I have Temple of Doom. That's the one with the axe-wielding snake dude on it, right?
