Is there a Coverter for the Genesis that lets me play Master System games on the Genesis?

I just aquired some SMS games. I might just have to go pick it up. What do you guys think a fair price for that comverter would be?

I wouldn't pay more for the converter than for a Master System itsself. (Personally I'd only grab it for under 15$) There's also another thing, the "Master Mega Converter", but I don't know if that's available in the US, too. Would be named differently over there. (Master Genesis Converter?)
