I bought Sonic 3 but it doesn't work.. I put the cart on my S&K Lock on cart but you can barly see anything. I cleaned the Sonic 3 game many times. Any ideas?

If everything is perfectly clean on the outside and it still doesn't work, I'd take a look inside the cart. Do you have a game bit to open carts? Maybe something's wrong in there.
