Ok, I'm new to collecting and not sure how much is too much. A local vintage games store is selling a bunch of consoles. I wanted to list what's included and the prices and see if it's too much or what.
All Systems are included with all hook-ups, 1 controller, and a 30-day guarantee.
Super Nintendo - $65 (Seems high) Playstation - $22 N64 - $23 Turbo Grafx 16 (Console w/o CD) - $65 Dreamcast - $40 Nintendo - $50 Gamecube - $55
I think some of the older systems have been refurb (as in new pins, etc.).
Any input appreciated. Thanks.

Any input appreciated. Thanks. I'd say everything seems ok except the SNES and Dreamcast. I have no clue what a turbo grafx is worth though.

I found another place today where they were selling a Dreamcast for 29.99 and a Playstation for 19.99. However, I think they are selling them as is without a controller and hook-ups.
Yeah, the SNES seems ridiculously high to me.
Thanks.

SNES, NES and Dreamcast are way too expensive. They better come with an autograph from a famous developer. jk
The other prices seem ok, but none are THE great deal.

First and formost. Are those prices in CDN or USD? If CDN I would say the prices seem high but thats the prices around here...Which is pretty high I guess. If its USD Don't bother and shop around shopping is fun! Make the best of it!

OK, I was looking through Amazon for games today and found Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, a game for PS2 I've been wanting forever, and the price was... "Used and new from $79.00" (US) Is this game that rare, or is this an inflated price?

$79 is pretty damn steap for a game. i suggest looking around ebay/amazon. try block buster or something like that, sometimes they have sales with cheap games. maybe a used cd shop would have a copy. http://www.geocities.com/nes_life = NES_Life http://users.ign.com/collection/campkill1387 = My Collection
