Quote:

In Philadelphia, a 25 year old man named Tyrone Spellman — who curiously goes by the name Anwar Salahuddin — punched his 17 month old daughter to death when she knocked over his console, causing him to disrupt the game.

According to the mother "His confession was she pulled the cords in the game, the system is -- the box itself -- fell, and he was upset and then responsible for paying for the game, so he hit her in her face twice," Turman said, adding that Spellman also allegedly slung the child over a chair.

Spellman is being charged with murder, endangering the welfare of a child and possessing an instrument of crime. No word if they mean his fist, the chair or the Xbox on that last charge.

As a last note of surreality, a note was apparently left on Spellman's door, saying not to judge him because he'd never hurt a child. Florian Eckhardt

Poor baby..
I hope they put Tyrone Spellman on death row. I hope the Baby rests in Peace.

ironic how the end of the article says don't judge him because he'd never hit a child. i guess the old saying "never say never" applys to that

Aryans got the short end of the stick. So many spades, so few cotton fields.

please note: this post contains irony and sarcasm.

Now let's stop that shit, will ya?

Back on topic:
Lots of people are against the death sentence, but in such cases... dispose of that guy. And fast. Jail is too good for people like that.

The man who did this should also get some Mental help while he is in jail.

Ok, I take back what I said about putting him to death I know what he has done was very bad and has crossed the line by much but even still no Human has the right to die. I know he killed the Baby and all but haven't some Murders made a turn around or something. All I am saying is they will most likley put him to death. He better make a Buddies with God. Even Murders can pray and some how be truly sorry and they say God will forgive them.

Since this is a video game forum, shouldn't we put our collective minds together and come up with some creative ideas of torture for this piece of sh!t? OMFG I SWEARED, yeah. But in this case, it deserves it. What a total bastard. I hope the maggots feast on him; even they will probably hurl.

I have an Idea.

Load the jerk into a Cannon.
Aim at the sun!
and fire!

But I hope the in mates at the jails but the living snot out of him, because most of the people there hate those who beat Women and Children so he is sure to get his ass kicked.

I think they should slowly tear apart the parts of his body from less vital to vital, and when he is on the fringe of death, put him through recovery then kill him. "He has a right to die" yeah sick bastards like that need to.

Better idea.
Throw malfunctioning XBoxes and PS3s (the bigger and heavier the console the better) at the guy until he stops moving.

While the whole thing is terrible, it reminds me of Dane Cook.
Dane Cook has a comedy bit where he talks about noises, and how some noises cause you incredible rage. He then uses the metaphor "punch a baby."
He says the the "Noise of a car alarm makes you want to punch a baby!" And how he prays he will never be in a nursery when a car alarm goes off.
"Oh God help me! It's the sound that makes me strike infants!" I just thought that it was ironic, because this Tyrone guy has so much rage that a car alarm was not needed. Just a console falling down.

Huray for capital punishment for the sake of XBox-related infant punchery!

...But then again, it would take a hell of a lot of exploding consoles and car alarms to make me punch my own baby.

If you think you're right, you're probably wrong.
If you think you're wrong, you're being negative.
My thoughts are definitive; the universe is frequently wrong.

My torture idea!

Strap him down with inescapable bonds made primarily of addamentite and duct tape to a chair, then place him in front of a TV. Connect an NES to the TV, and load in Super Mario Brothers / Duck Hunt. Turn it on, then make sure that the cart is just almost working, so that you get the desired "Title screen flashing on and off" effect. Hang eyeball-stabbin' needles from the ceiling, all of which are connected to an electrical generator and filled with battery acid. Every time the convict tries to escape his bonds to either try to fix the game or escape the horror, the needles move a little bit closer. And closer.

And closer still, Tyrone.

If you think you're right, you're probably wrong.
